NCLAT Issues Notice For Sittings Of NCLAT Principal Bench, New Delhi During Of Annual Summer Vacation

The Registrar of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (“NCLAT”) has issued a notice dated 27.05.2024, intimating that NCLAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi, the Registry shall function during the period of Annual Summer Vacation from 03.06.2024 to 30.06.2024.
The e-Filing of cases shall be operational and urgent matters may be taken up for hearing as per the decision of the Competent Authority upon e-mail being sent to the Ld. Registrar, NCLAT Principal Bench, e-mail: registrar-nclat@gov.in .
During the period of vacation from 03.06.2024 to 30.06.2024 the sitting of NCLAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi will be on Monday and Wednesday at 10:30 AM i.e., 03.06.2024, 05.06.2024, 10.06.2024, 12.06.2024, 19.06.2024, 24.06.2024 & 26.06.2024 to take up only the urgent matters for which the Board will be notified.
